Shipping & returns
We keep shipping simple: every order is delivered free of charge, and returning something is easy too. On this page you will find exactly how it works.
Free delivery
We do not charge shipping costs. Whatever you order and wherever you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, delivery is always free. Your order is shipped with GLS, and you will generally receive your track and trace link one working day before your parcel is delivered.
Returns
Not completely happy with your jeans? You can return items from your order. We charge a small fee of €3.99 for the return label. We do this to keep our free shipping sustainable and to prevent abuse of our service. Returns are handled by PostNL in the Netherlands and by Bpost in Belgium.

Received something incorrect?
Did we get it wrong? If an item is faulty, not correctly produced or not what you ordered (for example a wrong size), the return label is of course free of charge. Contact us and we will sort it out.
