Griffin

Griffin from MAC Jeans is a men's chino in printed jersey, cut with a leg that narrows towards the hem and finished in an all-over print.

Jersey is a knitted fabric rather than a woven one, which is why this Griffin moves differently from a chino in twill: the cloth follows the body instead of holding a fixed line. The print runs across the whole surface, so the trouser carries a pattern rather than a plain colour, and that print is what defines this version.

The Griffin silhouette leaves room through the thigh and then narrows steadily towards the hem, which keeps a printed cloth looking ordered rather than busy. Waist sizes run from 30 to 36, with lengths 28, 30 and 32.
